So my husband will not ride roller coasters or thrill rides. I have two girls and the one is newly tall enough for some of these rides. The issue is that neither one wants to ride without me on rides like Expedition Everest and those with two seats next to each other. Can the kids rider swap me?
One possible solution is to get fast passes for all 4 of you, and have you go with 1 girl while your husband waits with the other.
Then you could wear your husband's magic band and re-enter the line to ride with the other girl.

I was hoping to do the same as my husband does not like thrill rides and both my girls would want to sit next to me. It didn't occur to me it wouldn't be possible. Has anyone tried???
They won't issue the digital RS for a child who is tall enough to ride, so this is extremely unlikely to be done for an adult.
As suggested upthread just get a FP for all of you and ride once with your band and one dd and then with dh's band and the other dd. Or - if they are both over 7 you can have them sit together with you right behind them.
If they are not both over 7 - and you want to ride standby just ask the CM how to accomplish this - most times you will all wait in line (including dh) and then you can switch at the exit like they did before the RS passes.
I am a single mom so I understand this issue - we either rode as a party of 3 or waited until they were old enough to ride together.
You can fit 3 on BTMR and Space is single seats anyway so there are no issues there!

have done where we all had FPs made 2 for like 15 minutes later. I rode with one child using our bands then used husband's band and other child's band I rode with second child. on other rides that I can t ride he rode with both kids using his and my bands. it can be done but not using rider swap
