ride videos help

Hi, Can someone help me? I'm looking for somewhere I can get videos on the rides At WDW. We have two grand-kids 4 and 5 going this time and would like to show videos of the rides to see if thay want to go on them. Can anyone tell me if thay have them at a video store or where I can get them. We have been to WDW 19 times and can tell them all about the rides but would like to let them see what thay look like. I know there there is a CD-ROM that has a brief picture with description of the rides. I bought mine on Ebay. It's called the Walt Disney World Explorer.

HI! I'm sure you already know about the WDW vacation planning video that's available. It shows some clips of the rides and the DVD version shows a few more then the video. But my DD's all time favorite is the Disney Sing Along Songs videos of Disneyland Fun. It shows different clips of a lot of the rides while they play some fun Disney songs with it. Another one of the Sing Along videos (the Heigh Ho one) shows a pretty long clip of the Pirates ride while playing the Pirates music along with it.

Check out www.wdwmagic.com They have videos of individual rides.

You won't be able to view them if you don't sign up for membership though. The guy who runs it got hit with High Bandwidth charges so he had to institute a policy that lets only paying members view videos and large pictures.

You can look around the site without paying and read its message board.

Can I recommend the book WDW for Kids by Kids? My DD6 is having a great time looking at the pictures and reading the descriptions of the rides. She is already telling me which ones she wants to go on.

Hi again, Thanks for all your help. I will look at all you sent me on this. I want something the grand-kids can see and some of the things you sent will help. If anyone has any more things I can use let me know. We will be going by car from upstate NY and need something for a 5 and4 year old to do for the long trip down. Thanks again Goofyball

You can also try http://www.disneylandsource.com/ for some free videos of the Disneyland versions of some of the more popular rides. There's also a real nice full-length video of Fantasmic. Just click on a land, then on a particular ride, and it will list the video and audio files if there are any for that attraction.
