Ride to Castaway Cay tram?

My wife recently messed up her knee. She can walk but with pain. Is there a way to request a ride to the tram? TIA

Yes they have golf carts that can take you. We used it coming back as my friend cut her foot in the ocean and was having trouble walking. We just found a CM and asked and they radioed for a golf cart. I would imagine you could even ask at Guest Services ahead of time.
