Which rides would be difficult to board for someone wearing a dress? I'm thinking especially about the coaster type rides which sometimes have a bar that comes up from the ride vehicle's floor and requires one leg to be on either side. Also wondering about Flight of Passage. I've heard that the rider's calves are somehow locked in. Would it work if the rider were in a long dress?

Yes. 7dmt has a u-shaped bar that goes around the outside of your legs as well. It shouldnt be an issue.

I wear dresses and skirts in the parks and rarely have an issue (unless I want to sit down on the ground e.g. waiting for parades/etc). Most rides are fine provided the dress or skirt in question isn’t too short!

The FoP ride vehicle is a bit like a bicycle, so if you can sit on a bike in your dress/skirt you should be fine...

Agree, wear shorts or leggings under the dress. I think a long dress would be awkward but a medium length dress would be OK.

FoP's seating is more like a motorcycle than a bicycle, IMO - a long skirt would have to be hitched up pretty high.

I've found RocknRoller Coaster a little tough to get out of without revealing too much (in a knee length dress.)

I wore sun dresses everyday on our last trip and I never had an issue revealing too much. They varied in length from just below the knee to a few inches above. With rides like Space Mountain where you have to step up when exiting, I just made sure to step on the seat and fully stand before stepping up.

I've made the mistake of trying to wear a short dress on Space Mountain many times. It's a challenge. Pretty much every other ride is fine for me.

I wear skirts 100% of the time and no ride is difficult to board or ride.
But, I'd never go without shorts underneath. Even if I wasn't doing a ride, wind can be very unkind to skirts, unless they are tight

I wear knee-ish length dresses and always wear shorts underneath.

You can do any ride at dis way in a skirt. VIP CM wear skirts and they go on all ( up to the Cm) rides beside kaili river and that is because they would get to wet.

I wear biking shorts under my skirts/dresses mainly due to the wind instead of rides. Most rides are easily handled, but I do like the modesty of shorts just in case. FoP would be fine in a dress/skirt; if you can sit a motorcycle in it, you can sit FoP.

I've never had any issues in a skirt (haven't tried it on FOP yet, but probably everything else). I wear slip shorts to both avoid flashing and prevent chafing.
