A friend of mine said the ride requirements changed to age and height. Bringing most rides to age 7. My boys are 5, 52 inches tall and 63 pounds. They are the size of 7 year olds.

Is this true?

Thank you, we leave in 7 days!

The age restrictions are to ride alone. They have to be 7 to ride alone and 14 to ride with a child under 7. I think the tallest height requirement for any ride is currently 48 inches, so you should be ok.

If they meet the height requirement but they are under 7, they need to ride with an adult. My DD was 7 on our last trip, and if she wasn't riding with an adult right behind her, the CM would ask how old she was - this happened on Matterhorn and Splash when she rode in the front, then her brother (4) and then myself and DH. They always told us that we needed an adult behind the 4 year old.
