Ride height restrictions

Ok, I've been all over the DL website and this one trying to find this info. I know I've seen it before, but I can't seem to find it now. Is there one central location that shows height restrictions for each ride? DD is 2 1/2 and 38 inches, so I know she'll miss the 40 inch rides, I'm just not sure what those are. Thanks all! 2 more weeks hehe.

Go to Disneyland.com then explore button at the top than to DL Park or DCA Park and then on the left of the screen go to Attractions and it will lists all rides and height limits...

My son barely hit the 40" mark - with out shoes I am so happy!!!

Anyone else find it odd that you only have to be 35 inches to ride matterhorn but 40 for splash??!!

I found it odd that you had to be 40" for Soarin' b/c it's so tame! 38" would have been good I think. My dd just missed it last time by about an inch. She did ride Matterhorn though. I think Splash is higher than Matterhorn because there are no seat belts, and the hill at the end is quite big. Matterhorn you can ride with your child, and both have seat belts, plus you sit quite low in the seat so won't go anywhere. I would not have felt comfortable having my dd ride Splash last time, when she was 3 and rode Matterhorn just fine. I'm still a little nervous having her ride it this time and she's now 4 and over 40". May not have her ride it unless she begs to do it. lol

Ya Soarin threw me off too.

You have good points. Tho at our local amusement park there is a ride like splash (albeit probably not as high as splash) that you can take whoever you want down it. No seatbelts. You're held in by force in those types of rides. I mean, you hold on to your child yes but I dunno. My 2 year old loved it

we just went last week and it was the first time my youngest son, who is 3, was tall enough to ride splash. you know what i found out that was great? the back seat of the splash mountain logs are wide enough for two! so, you can actually sit your little one next to you. i got in, expecting to do that, but then my son ended up plopping into the seat in front of me, anyway. because of the large seat i was in though, it was easy to hold on to him during the ride.

I think it's crazy that SM is only 40 inches We are going to try out little one on it. He's pretty fearless so I think he'll like it. Now if this was 2 years ago and our now 4 year old was 2,, well....
