Beautiful sunny day here yesterday Finally got to go to our neighborhood pool! A couple more beautiful days ahead. Maybe it'll finally feel like summer!

Just so you guys know, I'm only going to be here sporatically starting tomorrow. Matt starts long course swimming and we have to be out of the house 4 days a week by 7am. That's the ideal. I somehow can't see us accomplishing that every week, though........

You guys will probably enjoy the shower antics.....Fred and I will be playing possum in bed trying to be the last shower.

I wonder who will win???

Gina, you really made me laugh at the "playing possum"! I always do just the opposite! I try to be first up and in the shower!

Today I take the letter into the city to see if we can get them to settle up with us on the permanent easement. They offered us the same amount for the loss of property that they were charging us for assessments on the sewer. Then they wont even let our property be connected to the sewer! We made a counter offer that at the beginning is reasonable and asks for the moon at the end. We expect they will take the first offer, which is what we want.
