Riddle me this!

We got a few inches of snow overnight & are expecting 2-3 more by 8am. School is cancelled here for the day.
This morning is my cousin's MIL's funeral but there are already a couple of accidents along the route I would have to take to get there. I think I'm gonna have to skip it because I'm nervous about driving 30 miles in this before they clear it.

Just a dusting of snow here, but we are back to below zero again! I want SPRING!

Laura - I can't say as I blame you. Sounds like things are very messy there....

Diane - I betcha Matt has another up his sleeve....:)

We had a touch of the 40's here, Sandi. I am so ready for spring!

Morning

YIPEE!!!! Snow Day!!! the buses have been pulled off the road, so no bus kids, but we get about 6 walkers so teachers still have to be at school. Basically though it will be a get caught up on work day.

The bulk of our snow....25cm is coming by this afternoon.

LOL! Dream come true, Mickey! Wear your PJ's again today! :)

HI Guys, just wanted to stop by and say hi!! Been a busy week at work and school. Today is Ash Wednesday and my day is going full. I hope everyone is well, and everyone has a great day!!!

I have been baffled for days on the Riddle...today is no exception to the rule!!!

{{{HUGS}}}

'Morning, Glo!

Always nice to see you peeking in on the riddle. :)

I hope your busy day is a good one! :)

Is it just my kids???
Or does everyone's kids LIKE to take showers...there's been a line this morning...and now the last little darling is in the shower.

Everybody's neat and pretty......

Glo...sounds like your day will have you going around in circles.

Hope you catch a break somewhere!

I always wonder on Ash Wednesday if I want to go to church early or late. I usually opt for later in the day so I don't have to run around all day with ashes on my head!

Today I have to accompany my Dad and Stepmother to a diagnostic appointment. They think DSM has cancer. I hope my dad doesn't have to go through losing another wife that way!:(

It is important to keep a sense of direction on those busy days, isn't it Steph?

My kids like showers! Katie loves taking baths too! She comes out all wrinkly and clean. :)

Diane - I hope the results today are good....

My older kids don't mind showering but Dylan is a different story............
Last Saturday he got his haircut & then on Sunday I mentioned that he had to take a bath and he got all upset & said "Oh NO! NO WAY! Not a bath and a haircut in the same weekend!" LOL!
To Dylan washing=torture

Diane-I'll keep your Dad and DSM in my thoughts today. I hope everything works out for her.

I need to give one cuff of my smarty pants to DH. I asked him to confirm the answer before I sent it in so I didin't risk getting a IHSEIM! He told me I HAD to be right, so he gets to share the pants!

Good Morning, Everyone!

Rainy and yucky here today. We hit 41 degrees yesterday! It was positively balmy out!

I must be riddle impaired this week. Nothing leaps out at me on this one, either.....

Baths, showers.....whatever it takes to get DS in....I do it. Though now it has become a routine and he accepts it.

I think DH has taken the only umbrella in the house out the door with him. WHY OH WHY!!! There are at least 3 in his car!

LOL LOL LOL

I'll probably stop by for the noon-time Ash Wednesday services...that is if the weather holds off here.

Did anyone else hear about this plane crash?Family of Seven Crash on Return from Florida

It's so tragic....the news this morning said that the father died of multiple trauma and hypothermia.....the poor kids waiting outside of the plane in the freezing cold for help....

More depressing news...here in our town, two local high school girls (cousins) were killed Sunday in a motor vehicle accident, not a mile from my house. Apparently the roads were slippery and they slid into the lane of an oncoming car. The oncoming car was the mother/stepmother of two boys who are in DS11...fortunately, the boys (who were in the car) were only bumped and bruised.....
