Same here......DH gets the honors today.
It's Friday - yippee!!!! Tomorrow we're all going to see Lion King at the IMAX here in Providence. I'm probably more excited than the kids. This was the very first movie DS saw in a theatre.....he was 2 1/2.

Last night DH and I went to a dinner meeting where the guest speaker was a Senior Supervisory Resident Agent (huh?) for the FBI, and the topic was 9/11 and our homeland security. Incredibly moving tribute was played that was prepared by the FBI......
a ton of stuff to do today, long weekend...wooo hooo....

Skip the riddle! HEAD TO NEVIS!!!!
Oh....I've always wanted to go to NEVIS!!! NOT FAIR!! I've already been outside shovelling that nasty white stuff (only got a dusting but I like to complain). I hate that crunch, crunch under your feet.....reminds me of the way cotton balls feel!!! YUCKKKKK!!!!!!
You'll find me under the third palm tree from the left. The one with the hat on. And the drink in her hand. Book fallen over the bridge of her nose.

I had a nice long visit with Dad yesterday. He is doing so much better! He and Mom were regaling me with stories of when I was a little kid. Going home was just the right tonic for him. His physical therapy has started and he really likes his therapist. She gave him quite a few little tips to make life better.....

We've got a fairly busy weekend coming up. My little DD's soccer team made the playoffs. Hopefully we're in for a couple of games tomorrow! Skating lessons in store for my 2 DD's. We're going to see the Symphony tomorrow night. Both my DD's play string instruments, so they are very excited. We're having a big lunch at Mom and Dad's on Sunday - kind of a celebration of his feeling so much better. Syracuse U. is playing Pittsburgh tomorrow. Should be a GREAT game (GO 'CUSE!) and NFL playoffs continue (GO EAGLES!)

Good morning riddlers !
Unexpected day off for me today .... popped into the laundry room this morning to get something to wear and found a leaky
pipe .... then when I touched the leaky spot I discovered the pipe moved ...... it's that black plastic pipe and at one of the curvy joints (love those technical terms) it seems to have eroded ....
already called in to work w/ the homeowner emergency excuse and going to try and get a plumber out here to fix it up ......
Maybe since I'm home today I should start getting some stuff
together for my trip ..... bought my hopper pass online last night
So I need three answers ..... hmm

Wow OK busy weekend indeed!
I am going to go skating on the canal tomorrow. The longest outdoor skating rink in the world! It is so much fun! Stop along the skate at one of the many Beaver Tail shacks and have a BT and a hot chocolate
