Morning Riddle Meister and Fellow Riddlers!

I actually sing very well. I was a vocal performance major in college until I decided to teach. I still sing regularly for different functions and church. I decided I wanted a family and a career where I could still be around my family.

This riddle is not clear yet.

Once upon a time, I had one of the world's great jobs....

I was the bartender at the Eisenhower Golf Club on the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. Talk about a gorgeous setting!!! I met Bob Hope there - he had an annual tournament at the Academy and he had a glass of water in the bar. I also got to golf for free on Tuesdays and Wednesdays - and those are fabulous courses!

I was dragged kicking and screaming up on stage at Kimono's. I doubt it would be any different under any circumstances. I really, really hate to sing.

Now SOME people got up repeatedly. Over and over. People with bass voices.

And beers in them.

Morning all! I think I need to go to those warm places you all talked about earlier because my brain is frozen and nothing comes to mind for this riddle

Singing?? I am told I sing, but I am usually too scared to sing in front of others.

Laura, if he doesn't find something soon, has he thought of going to a temp agency? I know Luis was nuts when he was laid off. Fortunately we moved into our new house during the month he didn't work (yep great timing there, wasn't it?) so he was busy with that, but it got to the point where he just got a job to keep us from going into credit card debt and to keep busy. It wasn't the best job but he felt better and he was able to leave immediately when he found a new job. Still wishing you all the best

I DON'T sing....just won't happen...However, I do have a knack for color, so I will be in charge of colorizing the umbrellas to the drinks.
We have Good Fellas on our rental list.....I'll probably need a gangster break soon though.

We're finishing the "red" bathroom this weekend, tile and new vanity and I think we're done.
Boo's birthday party will be Monday...where have 3 years gone? It's hard to believe I've been self-employed for 3 years. When I went back from maternity leave after having Boo, I gave my boss my 2 week notice the same day I returned to work...never had those pangs with they boys, but coudn't stand to be away from her.....I wouldn't trade it for the world....

Gina - Oh! You were screaming???!!! I guess I was confused, I thought that was you SINGING!!!!

I only got up twice, Gina!! Once I was dragged and the other time very eloquently persuaded! LOL! LOL! LOL!

We do have quite a collection of singers on the riddle....I wonder if singing and riddling are cojoined traits??

Snoops did the major league guilt trip on me, John. Insisted that I had promised (I had in a moment of weakness). She had had some merlot and was determined to do a riddle karaoke to "Oh, Darling".....not exactly the easiest song to sing too.

We laughed like hell that night. Kim kept saying....(in a most solicitious voice.....)....oh, but that song is so HARD to sing....perhaps an easier one. Snoops wasn't having any of it.

So we sang.

Well....actually they sang.

I lip sync-ed.

Momma didn't raise no fool.
