hey guys....nice to know someone was concerned about my trip to the depths of the bathroom beyond....

After the past 6 hours, I'm glad I did it last night....course I have to do it again today.....uck!

We keep kicking around the DCL idea, but i have this real fear of losing one of my kids overboard...and I KNOW they can't even get close......

Make sure you have lots of Lysol today! You can spray down the bathroom every time she "uses" it & maybe this flu won't spread to the other kids. I am a Lysol freak...I even have a purse size for traveling.....if the potty looks icky....I spray it before even considering doing my businessor letting a child do theirs!!

I use lysol all the time too. It is great for eliminating odors in the kennel! I like the old fashioned "brown bottle" kind.

Dh and I did a Carnival cruise about 13 years ago. It was not a great experience because the ship we were on had just been in for a rehab, but they didn't get it finished before they brought it back for our cruise. The workmen were painting the stairways when we were boarding, so the whole place smelled like paint. The indoor pool was closed since they hadn't gotten to it yet. There were other things not done as well, so it left a lot to be desired. Having said that though, I would take a cruise again. I would love to take a DCL one someday. The ship we were on was quite a small one by today's standards and you could feel the rocking from time to time, but Gravol helped get me through those times.

Hey, riddle chat buddies!

Elaine, as far as coasters go, nope, I don't even like the "little" ones at Disney! I always say I like Disney "cute" rides...just call me chicken, it's okay! I did go on Big Thunder Mtn...both my kids and Mark told me the ONLY hill was the one you could see from watching the ride on the outside...well, obviously that's NOT true! I screamed my way thru the entire ride, so much that the guy sitting behind me told me listening to me scream was the highlight of his ride!

As far as cruises, we have gone on two...not Disney...but for our honeymoon many ages ago, we did a combo Disney trip and 4 day cruise...I really felt 4 days wasn't long enough on the ship. Then, I was very, very lucky and WON a 10 day Royal Carribean cruise...it was just GREAT!!! Someday we would like to try a Disney cruise, too!

BUsy day at work but I'm home now. I dropped off DD at CCD but brought Matt home with me. He slipped and fell getting out of the van and got covered with slush and mud and he was one unhappy dude! He's fine now, especially since there's no sister around for a hour!

DD-Megan is at play practice. I have to go & get her at 4:15.
I am having a MAJOR problem staying awake this afternoon! What is wrong with me?? Maybe I need caffeine! Where is Steph with that coffee when you need her???

Kids just got home about 10 minutes ago, so that means the fighting began about, oh, let's say...9:58 ago. So much for the peaceful afternoon! Laura, as you said on the RMT thread - "Calgon, take me away!!!!!"

OOOhhhhh Donna - you won a 10 day cruise! How exciting! How did you win it?

Gail, I'm sure Matt wasn't very happy, but at least his sister wasn't there to tease him about it!

Laura - DIS Con on a cruise ship - I like it! However, I hope if and when they have it, it is not for a few more years until we can afford to go.

Unfortunately Matt took is fall in front of his sister and the girl who lives next door. I think they were more surprised than he was!!

Laura - Let's see if Steph can make you the 4 gallons of coffee I asked about this morning!!! I am so jealous of people who can do math....because I certainly cannot!

Oh dear!!! This was on page 2! I had a cruddy day... Luis was in a car accident. This was his second one this year He's okay but the car will need to be repaired again He just got his back 2 weeks ago

E! Sorry to hear about Luis....glad he's okay though....

Meghan has been funny all day...slept from 8-11:30....got up....vomited.....had a popsicle, and ginger ale...fell asleep again from 1-3, got up and was FINE.....running and playing around with the boys...around 4 she said she was tired and I checked her temp again...back up to 103.6.....more advil...and she's been asleep since about 4:30.......

we'll see how she is when she wakes up....I HATE FEVERS......
