Ricotta cake? Yum or yuck? Update yum!!

I did the small box of pudding. I need to get a stand mixer, I have a hand mixer and it's terrible even on the lowest speed it's crazy fast.

I make a ricotta cheese cake that is very rich and heavy and moist and delicious. Whenever I go visit it is expected to be with me! Everyone loves it. It was a family recipe a good friend shared with me over 15 years ago.

For a birthday - I added Orange Crush jellybeans to the top
