is such a hottie. I can't wait to see his new movie. Trying to decide whether to go alone or to drag dh, kicking and screaming to what he'll think is a chick flick, but will probably secretly love.

I almost went and saw that movie last weekend (sneak preview) without DH. I love Richard Gere, and I know DH will not be into that movie. Perhaps this coming weekend. Let me know how you like it if you see it.

And I agree, he is a hottie. He's one of those men who only gets better as he ages.

I saw Richard Gere live and in person while he was filming "Primal Fear" here in Chicago. The court scenes were filmed at the Cook County Criminal Court building where I was working at the time. There is a scene where he walks across a parking lot after the last big day of the trial. That was the handicapped parking lot for the court building. I was walking to the regular lot to my car at the end of the day and I watched them film that scene. It was pretty cool.

That was when I began my love affair with him. I remember taking my DS to Blockbuster one day and they had a poster up for Runaway Bride. I mentioned that he was my very favorite actor and that I thought he was soooooo handsome. DS looked at me like I was crazy and said "That old fart???" Now we lovingly refer to him as "The Old Fart" and everyone knows who we are talking about. I too think he has gotten much more handsome as he has aged.

I absolutely love Richard Gere, always have. You are right, he is getting better with age, just like my DH. He is going gray and looks sooooo good! I told him no coloring his hair!!
