I know you can get Mickey Ice Cream bars at dinner and from room service. What about Rice Krispie Treats, are these available on the ship for free?

yes, they are mickey shaped and sealed. you can get them plain or with chocolate. yum yum yum. we brought a few home on from our November cruise as we were making up Disney related gifts for our children for xmas to go with the dcl cruise we were giving them.

back to the subject, when you call down you may want to tell them which kind you prefer. we found when we didn't say it was 50/50 as to which they brought. once they sent both kinds.

I asked for some on the Magic (in the Mediterranean last year) and was directed to go to the gift shops and buy them at 3.95 each. I bought 5, because I do miss the USA and those kinds of things.... I couldn't find a marshmallow to save my life

I hear you. When we were in London, and I wanted marshmallows, I was finally able to find some (small package of about 5) in the candy section of the grocery store. And pricy!!!!

I will warn you that when we sailed the Wonder in November we found the Rice Krispies to be stale. We ordered them from room service more than once hoping we had gotten a bad batch but they were all the same.

They're made with shortening instead of butter. Maybe that's what's giving them an "off" flavor.

ours were not stale at all, in fact the ones we brought home were still fresh xmas day. i'm thinking they had a best by date on them but I would not swear to that.

UGH!! SO wish I had known this!! Was on the Fantasy in October and I love the rice krispy treats! Hopefully they will have them on the Dream this fall and I will get to sail the Dream this fall!!
