Ribs in WDW

Hello, I am travelling in August for 2 weeks on site. I am taking my teenage nephew who has ASD, and has a very restrictive diet. Since our last trip in 2022 he had added ribs to his menu, but they have to be dry (no wet food unfortunately). Please can you tell me some good places for ribs at WDW? I have Y&Y restaurant reserved already, and plan for FTB another day.
Just to add we have the QS dining plan for the first 8 days of the trip, then move to GF room only. I will pay for his food OOP if needed.

It appears Regal Eagle in Epcot in the American Pavilion might have another option for you:



You may wish to go onto the WDW site and search 'rib' and see if other options come up.

Flame Tree is another one that is dry if I remember correctly.

Would rubbing them down with a napkin or scrapping off with a knife be fine? You possibly could add a few more places then to your list? Polite Pig has a sauce on it so that wouldn't work unless you could remove the sauce and be fine.

Whispering Canyon is another one that is a dry rub fairly sure.

I am bummed about Regal Eagle, they had a Louisiana Rib entree, and it disappeared a week or two ago. I could ask for just ribs on the plate instead of pork butt and sausage. Worth a go. Thank you

I could try. Easier with QS as I am at the counter alone so could wipe it, potentially heard good things about Polite Pig.
