Ribbon wands vs Streamers

Has anyone used, or seen pictures of wedding parties using, the hand-held streamers for their staged exit? I'm torn between using the ribbon wands vs using the streamers. If anyone has pictures of either or knows where I can find pictures, I'd really appreciate it!

I reeallllyyy love this idea!!! I was trying to think of what to do for our exit and I didn't want to pay Disney an arm and a leg for petals that are just going to get walked all over by the end. This is so cute and the guests can use them throughout the day!

I like it because I think it makes for a more colorful picture and the moment is sustained for the ease of the photographer. When you throw petals, you're fighting gravity and either the photog gets the right moment or doesn't. It's over.

Thank you for sharing! I think your ribbons looked really cool. We have them listed in our floral beo, but I was having second thoughts. But I think they're so unique and a nice change of pace from the bubbles and petals.

In my floral BEO, they quoted the wands at $3.50/person, so for 40 people it comes to $140. And they customize the wands to match your wedding colors.

Wow the price must have gone up, in my BEO they were $2.49 per person. We had 33 wands ordered in black and hot pink (half) and black and teal.

That's not too bad and since my ceremony is only a few weeks after yours I will think that your price is reflective of what my prices could look like, but I am a few weeks before the 6month dates....thanks for the pricing.

yeah I guess the pricing is different for 2011...I always say that Disney will out price itself at some point...since your ceremony was just since months before Jule~Marie...I don't see why every price point has to change...but still $3.50 is not so bad per person...also girle565 do you have any pictures of your exit...

I bought mine on Etsy.com for way less, something like $55 for 35 wands. The seller is on hiatus, but there's a ton of other options on the site.
