Rhubarb Anyone?

MMM sounds good. Thanks for bringing back some happy memories. I haven't had rhubard simce I was a kid. Pies, muffins all sorts of good stuff.

I'll try and find some locally. I guess it's a little too late to start it.

Hmmm....how about....it tastes like chicken!!

No, it doesn't..lol..but I'm hard-pressed to describe it, Mary. It's very tangy and sour, hence all the sugar called for in the recipes.

I don't eat it raw anymore (dipped in sugar), but I love rhubarb pie, either a custard or sour cream type, and of course, strawberry rhubarb pie is heavenly!! Besides the muffins and squares, we also like it stewed and served on custard. Yummy!

I hope you get to try it someday!
