RFC Commemorative Pin

Correct me if I am wrong, but after placing a bid on this item (ebay Item #1141293691) I took a closer look at it and I do not recall the commemorative pin without a lable, as pictured on pinpics' Pin 2773.

Right card, wrong pin, or something am I not aware of?

These are 2 different pins.

The pin in the auction is from the opening of the RFC April 21, 1998. The seller states that it is a press pin. Pin Pics #2773 is from the One Year Anniversary.
