hi everyone:
i have tried a number of times to cash out my points thru the shopping spree & have not been able to get anything. Two minutes after the desgnated time everything is gone. Has anyone actually redeemed their points this way & are there any tricks on how to do this successfully? i enjoy playing the games but it's not worth it if i can never redeem the points.

Yes. I have cashed out many times.

The trick, if there is one, is to be online before it's time to cash out and refreash you screen (on the Rewards screen) until the rewards come up. At which time you need to click quickly. The first time is a pain because you have to put in all your information, ie., address, phone number.

But I think, and some correct me if I'm wrong, once you get to the screen that asks for all this imformation you can relax because you've got you "prize."

I've cashed out too... I don't always get what I am going for, but it is enough to keep me playing.
Like pgjam said... get on before hand and keep hitting that refresh key.
