Reward dollars at HHI

We are heading down to HHI for the first time this August and was wondering if we could use our Disney Visa Reward dollars at any of the restaurants or for any of the activities at the resort?

The resort only has a couple of snack bars - one near the main pool and one at the Beach House, but no full service restaurants. There are some dining opportunities - Shrimp Boil and BarbeQue sponsored by the resort each week. I believe you can use the Reward Dollars for the activities and snack bar although it might be just as easy to use your room key to charge things and settle up with the front desk using the Reward Dollars.
