Revival of the angry thread!

Ah, Thank you...this is some valuable information that Im sure one day I will find very usefull.......until then, it will remain in my sick and twisted mind waiting an escape. Bear...this will, at some point, be used to make someone either laugh or throw up...I have no idea which direction it will lean toward, but Im happy either way.

Be sure to share with us when you use it. :thumbsup2

yeah, and it still tastes like it has been in the can 20 years!

(i don't know how my mother drinks that stuff)

I had a Fresca recently....it tasted like Alka Selzer Cold Plus. And to think I drank it AND Tab when I was a teen!!! Ick!

I would lose 8lbs very quickly if I told my wife that!:scared1:

I'm mad because we're doing our taxes and I keep thinking about NEXT year.

Maybe I should email him and offer to sell one for a handful of magic beans and a yo-yo. :wizard:

I dare you :lmao:

Rog and Jim......you guys are friggin awesome! I think you should throw in the horny midgets, chickens and the MIL with the fictitious dilapidated campers, though. He deserves it.

If you wouldn't give an alcoholic a drink, why would you give someone who can't manage their own money some of MINE?! GRRRRRR.

If little billy makes $10 mowing yards and spends it all, the economy gains $10

If little obama takes $5 from little billy and gives it to little Johnny, little Billy only has $5 left. If they both spend their $5 the economy still only gains $10

How long till little billy says screw it and decides not to mow yards anymore?

I guess I'm too simple to understand this stimulus thing...:confused3

In this incident, I think little Billy needs to kick the **** out of little Obama for taking his $5 and giving it to little Johnny, take his $5 back from little Johnny and tell him to go mow his own damn yards.....amazing how simple the solution is aint it. Now why aren't we allowed to put this solution into motion???

:thumbsup2 One word, Rog: liberals

We have a different word for them where I come from...but Ive been in enough trouble on the boards lately.

The sad thing is I don't think it's "The Liberals". I don't fault anyone about having passionate beliefs that differ from my own as long as they respect my right to my views.

It's the chameleon politicians that will say or do ANYTHING to get elected and then stay elected. If Nancy Pelosi's base by some miracle became more conservative, don't you think she would parrot back whatever they wanted to hear? Pork is just a way to either line their own pockets or the pockets of high ranking folks in their voting districts. Bottom line, I don't think most of the politicians (Republican, Democrat, whatever) really care about you or I...just that they remain in power.

The biggest tragedy IMHO about Obama is not the fact that he got elected, but the fact that there was NO candidate from either party or outside that was more remarkable than him. The reason Bush got elected TWICE is the same thing...no outstanding statesmen or stateswoman from either party. We have rehashed the same political families for the past 20 years and Obama provided an excape from that. That is why he is president and love him or hate him, the same career politicians are in power in congress. The lineup has changed, but its the same self centered selfish party oriented politics as usual.

I hate politicians. I vote, but usually AGAINST what I can't stand most. That's sad.:guilty:

I'll tell ya, if things get any slower at my place, I'm gonna have to go out and get a second job. Wait a minute - there are no second jobs. Oh well, I'll be okay if I can just hang in there until my mortgage bailout check comes.

I see GM wants to get more taxpayer dollars since the original promise wasn't enough. In the next breath, they announced they would be closing 5 more plants in the US. I haven't heard anything about them closing plants in Mexico. I guess the American taxpayer is good enough to provide bailout money, and we are expected to buy the crap they produce, but GM owes us nothing as far as employment opportunities.

What about the regular Joe's who plod along..paying their bills, paying their mortgages. What's in this for us. Another $8.00 a week?..Whoa..gonna break the bank with that. Oh wait..I'll stuff it in the mattres:sad2: Maybe someone can explain this to me, because frankly I don't get it? Maybe it's just beyond my ability to comprehend. Perhaps, I simply lack the formal education necessary to "get it". Seems to me "Regular hardworkin' Joe"..is footing the bill and that's about it. :headache:

Unless I missed something - in the same breath GM said they were going to ask for some more money in the near future - an exec for GM said they were working with the UAW to re-work pay, benefits, and retirement plans. Ummmmm,,, EXCUSE ME!!!!! What is being done to re-work the "suit's" pay, benefits, and retirement plans????

Why isn't Ford asking for $$$ & why did they add a 3rd shift to the F150 production plant??? I say - if the "Suit's" are skimming too much cream off the top & not concerned with the well-being of their workers or the consumer, or the stockholders - LET THEM FOLD!!! Ford will be most happy to pick up the slack.

Chrysler already had one bail-out about 20 years ago. They've already cashed in their chips.

This whole bail-out thing is going to end very badly. We already had a national debt that was unpayable. Now, we are in a prime position for foreign countries to take us over without firing the first shot.

Did anyone think this "tremendous income tax stimulus" all the way through? Whether it's $8 or $13 per week... 1/3 of the work force is out of work! So for the rest of us lucky enough to still have jobs - our piddly little tax break isn't going to cause any huge imbalance in the national budget.
