I did google and never found anything bad. I also checked BBB. But still wanted to investigate further.

Google yelp and bbb are decent places.

Being started out here generally just means they did something that irked the dis or the dis owners. Dis allows tons of other TAs and sponsor competitors to be named so I never go down that path.
