Would anyone please share your experience with this hotel in regards to overall stay and in particular the Stay and Cruise package? Was parking at the hotel with the shuttle service a good experience?

I spent three nights there a couple of years ago. It was very clean and the front desk was friendly. We had a family suite, the kids had their own alcove with a TV, there was a microwave and a fridge. Not fancy, but we had no complaints. There was a lot of choices for breakfast each morning but it was very busy and one morning we took food back to our room for lack of seating. We didn't spend much time there other than to sleep, but one evening we used the hot tub. It was a decent size as well as the pool and the kids splash area.
I did not use the Stay and Cruise. I do recall people having to gather, with their luggage, in the conference room to wait for the shuttle.
If you do stay there, get a room on the third floor facing the port.

We enjoyed our stay, partly because it was free (frequent stay points.) Our cruise was right after Hurricane Sandy and the Fantasy was delayed, so it was a surreal experience to look out our hotel window and see her sail into port and know she had survived the storm.

As above, people gathered with their luggage in the conference room. When the shuttle bus was ready the driver loaded the luggage into a trailer behind the bus. The driver tried to entertain us with Disney trivia, but we ended up teaching him some new stuff. :) The ride to the ship took about 5 mins. Because the Fantasy had arrived late, passengers were still disembarking when we got to the port, and only buses were being allowed to enter. Smaller vehicles were turned away for awhile because of the congestion.

We have stayed there many time from when it was new. Usually clean but the prices have been increasing. The new Homewood suites just built across the street is less expensive and a brand new hotel.

We stayed there three weeks ago. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite. It was very clean and a perfect size for us and our two boys ages 11 & 8. We could see the port from our room too!
Unfortunately, it was rainy and we couldnt do much the morning of our departure. We headed to the Manatee park, but there was no visibility really. Then we headed to Ron Jon surf shop for an hour or so.
The breakfast was good, nothing fabulous, but free nonetheless. The shuttle service was okay. They tell you to put all of your bags in the trailer. If you have bottles of wine, a laptop, or a camera--take caution as they WILL throw your bag out of the trailer once you get to the port. The parking was acceptable. It was on a gravel lot in front of the hotel. I do not know if it was monitored by a camera or not, but it was somewhat lit at nighttime.
We plan to stay here again next February.
