We just returned from the best vacation ever! I wanted to give my reviews on the few restaurants we dined at in Disney.
Ohana's- My DD's favorite. We participated in the limbo and the hula dancing. We had so much fun. Our waitress, OOPS sorry Cousin, was wonderful. She kidded around with us and was great with my dd. Now on to the food.
My ds ate so many chicken wings I thought he would turn into a chicken. They were wonderful. The shrimp was messy but tasted great. Good thing they brought out wet towels after this course. The wonton chips were just ok. Nothing special. The only dipping sauce we liked was the peanut one. The other 2 were YUCK! The potates were delicous. The meats were kind of tough, except for the sausage and it did not taste good to any of us. The veggies were very simple, but were good. The best part of the meal was the banana foster. It was delicous. My ds had to have 2 bowls of it. We would go back for the atmosphere, if not for the food.
CP- My dh's favorite. This is a definate must do. The characters are wonderful with everyone, except for one mishap. Piglet skipped us, and we had to get the waiter to track him down before we left so my dd could get his autograph and a picture.
The food was wonderful. The meat was tender and perfect seasoned. The veggies and salads were great. We sampled just about everything there. I didn't have the prime rib but my dh said it was good. The desserts were delicous also. I would recommend the CP to anyone.
WCC- This is one I wish we had skipped. Our waitress did not do any antics at all. She just gave us our food and that was it. The service was so slow. It took forever just to get a refill. My dh and I had the skillets. Everything was good, but nothing special. My ds had the pasta. He did not like it. My dd had something off the kids menu. There were a few antics going on around us, but not many. It was noisy, but not with the servers. Everyone was just talking loud and constantly yelling for ketchup and crayons. I guess everyone decided to make their own entertainment. I would not go back here, it just disappointed us.
