DH, DD3 and I spent a long weekend up at Disney. We were NOT on the dining plan. Here are some quick reviews of where we ate.
Sorry No Pics

Ghiradelli

Stopped to pick up our tickets and a snack at DTD before checking in. We all shared the Cookie Bottom Sundae. We thought it was OK. They serve it in a dish that is too small so everything kept spilling over the sides. I wasn't crazy about the cookie on the bottom but DH liked it a lot.

Tutto Italia Lunch

We originally had this booked later in the trip but changed some ADR's around on our way. Should have kept things the way they were as this was a Saturday during F&WF and the WS was SO crowded. We were staying at the BC so we walked over to EPCOT and it took us forever from the IG entrance to get over to Italy. This was our first time eating at Tutto. I had looked at the menus before hand and was SO excited to try the pasta w/pesto but when we were handed our menus, the dish was not on there. I asked our server and she said they didn't have it anymore. I was disappointed and ordered the veggie panini. It was horrible, totally soaked in olive oil. Came with a side salad that I thought tasted sour. DH said it was OK. He ordered the Tagliatelli w/ Meat Ragu and said it wasn't bad but it wasn't good. DD had farfalle with a side of meatballs. She ate all the pasta, which she usually does, as it is her favorite food. We skipped dessert. We would not return nor would we recommend this restaurant.

Crystal Palace Breakfast

We had eaten at Crystal Palace before for breakfast and enjoyed it. It was very good this time, but we both agreed that last time, it was a little better. DH had a made to order omelet, which was very good and I really enjoyed the Veggie Fritatta. Service was good and we would definetly return.

Boardwalk Bakery Dessert

DH had the Carrot Cake which he said was very good. I had a Chocolate Chip muffin which was decent and DD had a Mickey Shaped Rice Krispie Treat. I usually find that bakery's items LOOK better than they taste and while everything was good, I thought this was the case here.

Akershus Breakfast

DD was of course, super excited about this breakfast with the Princesses. We have heard and read pretty bad things about the food for lunch/dinner so I was happy to have gotten a breakfast ressie. The food was mediocre, at best. The cheesy potatoes were great though.
We had Belle, Cinderella, Ariel, Snow White and Aurora. They were all very sweet with DD. The experience was very nice and although we would not return for the food, we would return because DD enjoyed it and eating with the Princesses was a very nice experience

Caramel Shop in Germany

The shoppe is really cute and smelled amazing. We shared a chocolate and caramel covered pretzel.VERY good.

Crepe Kiosk in France

We shared a sugar crepe and DD had some vanilla ice cream. I thought the crepe was good, DH didn't really care for it. It would be nice if they made them fresh but they are premade and just reheated when you order them. The ice cream was very good and creamy.

Ohana Dinner

This was our first visit. I had been trying to get us a 5pm ADR for months. The morning that we left, I was able to snag one! DH and I were looking forward to this meal and it did not disappoint. I was nervous after reading some reviews but both DH and I were impressed. Our server was nice but a bit flighty and forgetful. As I am a vegetarian, the chef came out to talk to me. She was extremely nice and very accomadting. Salad was brought out first. DH and I liked it but thought it was missing something. A few minutes after the appetizer of wings and potstickers were brought out. I did not have any but DH thought both of them were great. Then the noodles and veggies were brought. We asked for the bread at this point. Our server apologized and brought it out immediatley. Everything was hot and delicious. The only complaint we had was the timing of everything. The salad, apps and sides were brought out one after another, making us feel a bit rushed. The chef sent out some hummus and toasted pita for my app, it was excellent. The meats started coming around and the chef brought me out a HUGE veggie meal with tofu, rice, veggies and tempura veggies. DH had some too as the portion was enormous. I thought the sauce was a bit too sweet but DH loved it. I could have made meal out of the noodles. DH liked the meats but said they were his least fav. The bread pudding for dessert was OK. We have had it before when eating at Kona and thought it was better the first time we had it. Overall, it was a really nice meal and we would return.

Main Street Bakery Breakfast

We shared a chocolate croissant and a cinnamon roll. Both were very good.

Columbia Harbor House Lunch

I had the Lighthouse Sandwich I had heard so much about. I ordered it without tomatoes. I did not realize it was on bread with seeds in it. I really do not like bread with seeds in it so I didn't love the sandwich but if it were on different bread, I would have really enjoyed it. DH had the BLT salad and said it was decent. DD had the mac and cheese. She ate just a few bites and then ate all of her grapes. Overall it was an OK QS lunch and we would return.

Main Street Bakery Snack

Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich. YUM. Would have liked the cookies to have been a bit softer and also would have liked a choice in Ice Cream Flavors (vanilla only) but this was a GREAT snack!

Beaches and Cream

We have eaten here many times before and really enjoyed it. I love the No Way Jose Sundae but this time, I was just so sick of Ice Cream, I didn't even want one :(
We all shared onion rings which were hot and yummy. DD and I shared a grilled cheese and fries and DH had a burger. Everything was hot and fresh. DH loves a good burger and wasn't really impressed with the burger here but he ate it all. DH ordered one of the Orange Fizz drinks. The server split it into 3 separate cups for us which was nice of her. All were topped with whipped cream and a little orange candies. DH and DD really liked it, I did not. Overall, we love Beaches and Cream and would return.

Main Street Bakery Snack

While waiting for the parade during the MVMCP, we shared a vanilla cupcake with buttercream from the bakery. It was good.

Kouzzina Breakfast

We have been wanting to try Kouzzina for a while. We actually had a dinner ADR here that we cancelled for Tutto (bad choice) so we were looking forward to our breakfast. It did not disappoint. DD had the Mickey Waffles with bacon and liked it a lot. I had the Veggie Flat Bread. It was not what I was expecting but it was excellent. The spinach and feta was served as a salad atop the flatbread which was topped with eggs and red peppers. I thought it would be all baked together. DH got the stacked Kouzzina breakfast. He really liked it. The sweet potato hash was delicious!! We both loved this breakfast and would for sure return.

Bakery in France

Stopped to pick up a snack for the way home. We got an apple turnover and a beignet. The beignet (donut) was one of the best things I have ever eaten. It was soft and creamy and filled with Nutella. DH, DD and I all LOVED it and were fighting over the last bite. The turnover was buttery and flaky but I didn't care for the filling. We also got a frozen cappucino which tasted a bit funny so I asked to switch it for the Strawberry Frozen drink.

There you have it :)

Thank you for sharing your dining review! My DS28 is a vegetarian and I've been trying to plan our ADR's on restaurants that have a selection him. I finally was able to snag an ADR for Ohana for our second night (it's at 9:55 p.m. but that night is the only time we can view Wishes so we plan to head over to the Poly right after the fireworks). I'm glad that the chef at Ohana is so accommodating - I think we will enjoy the experience.

Thanks for your reviews! Which princess did you take pictures with at the entrance of Akershus? My girls have yellow princess dresses so I'm hoping for Belle but I've heard that some have posed with Aurora up front. We might need a last minute costume change...DH will not be happy to bring more dresses...wonder if I could hide them in the suitcase :rolleyes1
TIA!
