Review of DVC companies?

Any feedback regarding some of the DVC Resellers?

We are considering a resale and would like some reviews from others who have recently acquired a DVC property. Heard positive things about some but also negatives.

Looking at possibly using the timeshare store or **********.com

any help is appreciated

We are in the process of closing on a SSR contract with Jaki/**** at **********. They've been great. We were going to make an offer on one contract and **** found us a better priced one. We were worried about it passing, but followed his advice, and we made it past ROFR. They've been great at answering emails. Recommend them!

We are in the process of closing on a contract with The Timeshare Store. We worked with Robert Machado, and the interaction has been wonderful. They are easy to work with and incredibly timely! We got a great deal and we're anxious to close so that we can make our first reservation!!

We just bought a resale through Shontell Crawford at dvcbyresale.com. Everything went very smooth and quick. The entire process took about 6 or 7 weeks, starting from when we put down a deposit to the point where we were able to call member services and get into the system (and most of that time is waiting on DVC to pass on ROFR). They communicated well and gave us all the information we needed.

We were very pleased with them and wouldn't hesitate to go through them again.
