Reusing Atlantis wristbands?

My friend just told me that someone is 'loaning' her Atlantis wristband to her to use. Does anyone know if this is possible? I am just wondering if the colors of the bands change daily/weekly, or how they can tell if people are truly staying at their resort???

Any info. would be great! I don't want my friend to get her family's hopes up if they don't work!

Atlantis changes the color of the braclets daily (my DD kept her's on and had quite a collection!), and they use MANY different colors, so there are more than 7 different colors. Most likely the wrist band won't be the same color they are using that day, which would mean they'd be asked to leave.

I've been there twice, and I'd like to add that for some reason over thanksgiving they often used orange I think three days in a row. Maybe to be festive? The other days were different colors. This was about three years ago.

Went for a week over the summer this year and each day was a different color. They even had different shades of orange.
