Returning/Selling Tickets?

We have already bought our tickets & just found out a friend of our parents can get FREE tickets. Has anyone had good luck returning unused tickets? I ordered them online & printed them myself. They do have names printed on them, so I'm assuming I can't sell them on e-bay. Any tips before I call Seaworld would be appreciated.

Give them a call ask for Gingi....she is very nice and deals only with online ticket sales...They have a nice department there ...It might take them a few days to hit your credit card back...but at least you wont have to worry about getting rid of them on your own. Good luck

I returned my tickets and it did take a bit to get the credit on my credit card but it was not a problem at all.
