How do I get there from CSR?

Also how do I get to Epcot after I drop the car off?

How do I get back to CSR after Epcot?

To go to the Dolphin from CSR - follow the signs to the Epcot Resorts...then signs for the Dolphin. You can walk to Epcot or take the boat after dropping off the car.

Follow signs to Epcot Resorts and then onto the Dolphin. After dropping off car go out to the boat dock and either take the boat or walk over to Epcot.
