Returning a Purchase Made on Last Trip?

When I last went to DLR in the end of January, I bought one of those Mickey kitchen timers. However, I got home, pulled it out of the box, and it didnt work. It ticks down to zero and then just... stops.

I still have my receipt and I am fairly certain they still sell it. Do you guys think I can still return it?

I've been in the same situation and as long as you have the receipt you're good to go.

We were there in December and I returned something I had purchased in February 2006 with no problems. They even "escorted" me to Off The Page to return it w/o admission, since I had forgotten it the day before and didn't have admission for that day.

There should also be a number on your receipt that you can call. They might be able to send you a replacement that works.
