Return WDW merchandise?

On our recent trip to WDW, I bought a T-shirt for my son which he doesn't like. Is there a way to return it? It still has the tags, but I don't think I have the receipt anymore. Can it be returned to a Disney Store? Or, we'll be back in December - can we return it to the World of Disney at that time? I don't mind just getting store credit or Disney Dollars....

Last Christmas our whole family was down in Disney. My brother bought me a shirt from the World of Disney. It turns out that I already had the shirt so we just hung onto it until march when we went on our next trip. I went to the World of Disney and they let me return it without the receipt, for a cash refund.

In March I bought my mom bought me a Magical Moments game. I did not open it until I got home. When I got home I realized the game did not work even with new batteries. We hung onto the game and the store at the BC gave us a new game.


I think you will be able to return your son's shirt on your next trip.
