Return of Double Developer Points?

I just read in another thread about an incentive offered to a potential new member...

They could buy 160 points and take the $10 discount off SSR ($8 off AKV) and they would get 160 developer points (this incentive has been going on for awhile) OR...

they could buy the 160 SSR points with no discount and get 320 developer points.

Anyone know if this double developer point offer is a current option or is this only for 1st time purchasers?

We just bought and here is what was offered (using a family member as a DVC reference):

Buy in at 225 points and get 160 developer points.
Buy in at 200 points and get 100 developer points.

Both offers included the $10 or $8 discount (put as a downpayment by Disney) in addition to the developer points.

Looking at the thread I think you are referring to, the OP just posted again. S/he was counting the Dev. points and the 2007 UY points as "extra points."
