Return flight time from MCO?

What is the earliest time that I should consider booking my return flight home out of MCO?

This is debated all the time....DCL recommends nothing before noon, but many have had 11:00 ish flights and have made it alright....I would not book much earlier than that...things can always go wrong and when you are in a rush, they usually do!!!

I ate breakfast the day of departure, my car was late picking me up at the terminal and I made my flight which was b4 12:00. That said....things can go wrong - cruise ship delayed for whatever reason - not likely, but definately can happen. I chose to take the chance cause I hate waiting in the airport for the plane - and everytime one flew off I would say "you see we could have been home already!"

Anywhere between 11:30 and 1pm is good. Any later and you are sitting in the airport for a long time. Any earlier and your rushing to get off...

Usually if there is any kind of problem docking or late arrival, Disney will assist in any way they can to make flight arrangements or connections, etc. Their whole process is so seamless!
