Resume/CV question

Am looking at moving to another state and am looking for a job. I already have a place to live in the new state though I won't be there for a few months.

Is there anything wrong with me using my new address on my resume and CV? Should I list both? I don't want to appear deceitful but by the same token, I've heard from multiple people it's better to have a local address so people don't get automatically put off by the idea of a potential relocating employee.

Your thoughts?

I's use the new address. It is the one you will be living at while working there so it isn't like you are using a local address for the interview and then commuting from 3 states away every day.

Do you have a way to access snail-mail sent to the new address? No, there may not be much - but there will be some, and you don't want to miss it. If there's a way to get it forwarded, sure, use your new address.

I would list your current address as a temporary address and your new address as a permanent address after what ever date you will move.
