my husband and i will be spending our 6th anniversary August 13th in disney with our 2 sons 3and 5. we are looking for a good place to eat that night. we already have ressies at chef micky and norways castle and are looking into sci fi cafe for another day.. we dont want anything fancy just good food/service. we ate at the 50's Prime Time Diner last year and loved it but want to try somthing new.. my sons and I are both picky eaters so unfortunatly Bomas is out. i dont think id eat much there. Id prefer buffet but anything is good. we arent too interested in WCC either. ive read lots of bad reviews. we'll have a rental car so resorts are fine!!!!! thanks

How about Ohanas at the Polynesian and you can watch wishes or the EWP from the beach. Food is all you can eat brought to your table, but they will accommodate picky children who prefer kid's meal from Kona Cafe or Liberty Tree Tavern or Crystal Palace for good character meal.

I'd second the vote for O'Hanas--the waiters usually are very entertaining to keep the little ones busy and the food is quite good. You might also try something along the Boardwalk. Spoodles is my favorite--but less there to keep the kids busy. Of course, there are usually fun things for them to look forward to on the Boardwalk!
