Did you read the original post? The parents are not visiting the parks, at all.

the list includes non-park restrooms around Disney World, including downtown disney, AKL, Poly. It does not appear there are many outside the parks as most lists I found list many in the parks, but few elsewhere.

op, you could always call Disney and ask about the specific restaurants your parents will be visiting.

I am assuming from your username you are a woman. A man can't go in the women's rest room to help his wife in the handicapped stall.

OP, I don't think any of the restaurants outside the parks have family type restrooms. I've only seen them inside the parks.

Yes that is right I am a woman. I must have misundertood the posters question sorry. I thought she wanted to aid her MIL. If it is the husband helping the wife then no I see the issue! My FIL has this problem with my disabled MIL too.
