Restricted Rehire Chances?

So I just decided to reapply for the Career Start I had an interview and I was told I wouldn't be filling out the application. My interviewer just asked me to explain why I left/wanted to come back. Is this a good sign?

She said I would know in about 3-4 weeks if I got in or not.

I was Restricted Rehire, and anyone else who is will have to fill out extra paperwork.

If they didn't mention sending an email with this rehire paperwork attached, and said you would find out in 3-4 weeks, you are not a Restricted Rehire at all.

When was your program where you left early? It seems that most people I've seen who've left programs early, if they apply a year later, they are not restricted anymore.

It started in September...like I didn't even leave a month ago. She asked me why I left and why I wanted to return so quickly. But she didn't mention anything about additional paper work. She also flat said "You're currently a restricted rehire."

Bump: Just want to know if I should contact recruiting with my concerns or let the weeks pass by? I would really like to get back in!

Things might be different for the CareerStart Programs.

For the regular CP, I had to wait 6 months from the day I left before I could even apply again. So I left December 17, 2009 and wasn't allowed to apply until June 17, 2010.

Wow things must be different or they are in need of help? I'm sure they wouldn't let me go through the whole interview process if there was no way I could be hired. They even asked me when I came and left. Maybe this is a good sign for me?
