just wondering if anyone has ever used this website? we have ressies for shula's in november and they are offering gift certificates for there, you get $25.00 worth on the card for only $10.00. i called shula's to make sure they accept them and she said they do. but i was just wondering if anyone has had an expierence with them.

A lot of folks are using them now. They really do work. Best advice I think you can get is to carefully read the terms of the certificate use BEFORE you buy it. You may have to order a certain number of entrees or spend a certain amount over the certificate value, you can't use it with other types of discounts, and you may not be able to use them for off-menu specials or on major holidays.

You can usually get discounts off that purchase price too - regularly these certificates are offered for a cash outlay of only $2 or $3.

thanks for the info, just one more question i forgot to ask. are the certifcates you buy sent to you or do you have to print them off. going to read now but thought i would get a faster answer here.

You print them off yourself. I got a promotional email this morning from restaurants.com, currently they have an 80% off deal if you enter the code BIG. So a $10 gift voucher will cost you $2. :cool1:

You print them off right after you purchase them so have your printer ready, but if you lose it or have a problem it will be saved on their website for later printer if necessary. We used several of them in July (El Patron, TGIF, HOB @ DTD and 2 Max Grill) all were accepted no problems and a good deal.

before you buy, look around for codes, for the last few months I have received 70-90% off, yes, you get the $25 certificates for $3-5. You can either sign up or do a search online. I've used them a lot before but only in my home town (NYC).

I've used them a lot. I've had largely positive experiences, I can recommend.

great, thanks for all the info. i did one for shula's for our up coming trip. i used the discount code and got it for 2 bucks. i figured if it doesn't work no big lose but with all the good things evryone has said i'm thinking it's going to work out great. thanks again.

I've been using these all over town for almost two years now, once we went to a place that said they changed owners and weren't accepting them anymore,if this happens you call restaurant.com and they credit you so you can get another restaurant. At Disney I've bought certificates for House of Blues,Garden Grove,Bluezoo,Il Mulino and over at Celebration the Imperium Food and Wine.I used Garden Grove and Imperium about 2 weeks ago, both places were great but I think I enjoyed Imperium more, they have very good sandwiches there. We went to Garden Grove about an hour before they closed and there were maybe 6 other tables, there was a lot of choices in the buffet but with the place getting close to closing they weren't replacing some of the items. At House of Blues we also went pretty late after 10pm and apparently after 10pm they cut their menu down to burgers, sandwiches and salads they also have appetizers and drinks at half price,we opted to save the certificate for when they have the full menu,we just ate 3-4 appetizers each half price and a dessert.Next trip I think we'll use Bluezoo.Trust me I don't think you'll have a problem using these certificates as who knows how many people have bought these since these restaurants went on there.

Shula's did accept them July 13, 2010. Of the 5 of us, one of my friends used a certificate to cover her and her friend's dinner, paying the difference against the total. The rest of us were on a separate check.

just wondering if anyone has ever used this website? .... but i was just wondering if anyone has had an expierence with them.

I use them all the time for restaurants around my hometown. And when we go out of town, I look there first for restaurant suggestions. I've even purchased some for my parents for them to use at restaurants that I know that they frequent. Great deal if you can find a code... sometimes 80% off!!!
