Restaurants to Accomodate Large Groups?

Does anyone have any recommendations of restaurants that can fit large groups at one table? We're going to have 19 people and were thinking of going to a restaurant at Anaheim Garden Walk one night. Maybe California Pizza Kitchen or Bubba Gumps or Cheesecake Factory? Hoping to go somewhere with a good menu variety and where we'll be able to visit. 8 of the people in our party will not have park passes so it has to be somewhere in Downtown Disney or off-site. We are hoping within walking distance as well, as 11 of us are staying at HOJO and not renting any vehicles and we're meeting up with relatives from Garden Grove, but were hoping to avoid having to take cabs as they will come to meet us.

I had called Rainforest Cafe and they were unable to accomodate us until 9pm, which is a bit late for the kidlets to wait for dinner.

Thanks!

Goofy's kitchen has a great selection and they could possibly accomodate. PCH grill or Storytellers could as well. When it's lunch or dinner there are no characters. Storytellers has a menu and buffet.

How about MiMi's Cafe? They can accommodate large groups, and there is something for everyone on their menu.

We have eaten at Storyteller's with 18, no problem.

I would suggest sticking with Downtown Disney or Disney hotels b/c you can make a PS reservation. Going to Cheesecake Factory or something of the like, i.e. no reservations, with 18 could mean a long wait.

Bucca Di Beppo, Italian place on Harbor, they serve everything "Family Style" and it's delish!!!! GREAT for huge parties! :)

I thought of Bucca di Beppo, but it isn't really within walking distance from the HoJo.

I second Mimi's, my family loves them and they do have a great selection. I really like the one on Harbor and it is VERY close to HoJo. :thumbsup2

If I'm remembering correctly it's not all that far from the Garden Walk which the OP mentioned. It's definitely better for large parties then Mimi's, every time we've done one of the girls bday meals at Mimi's they've had issues seating a party of 8 together, I can't imagine a party of 19 walking in there....

Thank you all for your ideas. Taking a cab is not completely out of the question, but we will have a 2 year old in the group, so that means carseats, which we were hoping to avoid if possible. I might make a few phone calls to see if any of the Garden Walk restaurants will take reservations.

Otherwise, we will perhaps try Storyteller's.
