Restaurants that allow strollers

We are visiting in 2 weeks with a 2 year old and a 3 month old. We are trying to plan our meals around being able to bring a stroller into the restaurants, since one or both babies might be sleeping. Any suggestions of CS or TS that allow strollers will be much appreciated!

We had them in almost all QS locations, many of which had outdoor seating. The only one I think we didnt' was BoG. For TS you are supposed to leave them outside and for some you really can't because there is just no room. We did bring them in to one or two though because the kids were sleeping. Tusker House I recall was one of them.

I don't recall seeing many strollers inside TS restaurants, but I suspect that if you book some of the lesser popular restaurants at off times, it won't be quite as packed and they may be able to accommodate you. One place I can think of that would be tough is Chefs de France - felt really cramped in there. I think Le Cellier is the same way. Liberty Tree Tavern and Biergarten have stairs.

For TS restaurants you are suppose to leave them outside. But last year we had a lunch adr for Kona and my 8 month old was sleeping and they sat us at a table where there was room to bring the stroller in so we didn't have to wake the baby. I think most restaurants will be accommodating as long as they have the room and the child is sleeping.

We were asked at ALL TS locations with DD to park it outside, though we never needed to be asked, I would NEVER bring a stroller in to a TS location.

I do believe unless it is only possible to bring the stroller in the restaurant if the stroller is used as a wheelchair, etc.

Personally, I HATE strollers in restaurant. There's not a whole lot of space to begin with sometimes, and I think it's quite inconsiderate to think that you can bring yours in without a problem.

I am sorry if you did not understand the post. I was not asking for opinions on bringing strollers into restaurants, I was asking for names of restaurants, either CS or TS, that people have experienced being able to bring their strollers in with sleeping babies. If you have a valid response that could help with our dining plans I would love to hear it, otherwise, please keep your rude comments to yourself. For those that have offered suggestions, I appreciate it! Keep them coming ☺️.
Thanks.

The only restaurant we brought a stroller in was the ABC Commissary in Hollywood Studios. He was asleep and it's air conditioned so it was a good place to eat and take a break!

I think most of the TS service restaurants will accommodate you if one of the children is sleeping. Two that I can remember off the top of my head are Rainforest Cafe and Via Napoli. No one wants to wake a sleeping kid;) It may be a problem at places with stairs, like a prior poster mentioned, such as Cinderella's Royal Table.

BoG did not allow me to bring in the stroller twice and it was tagged as a wheelchair. Tutto Gusto did not allow it, neither did Garden Grill, Tusker House, the Plaza, Akershus, LTT or Crystal Palace. It was allowed in 'Ohana, Sanaa and Via Napoli. It may depend on the crowd level and CM on duty at the front since I know others that have been allowed to bring it into Crystal Palace and another that wasn't allowed at 'Ohana. I was able to bring it into all other counter service locations but that may be because it has been tagged as a wheelchair (not BoG though).

We didn't realize to mid trip - a cast member said it's no problem if your child is too young for a high chair. At DS couldn't sit in a high chair so we held him and ate. After we were told it was no problem- at check in we just said we would like to keep the stroller because he couldn't sit in a high chair- and they said- no problem and removed a chair so we could tuck it in easily. We went to bog, 1900, Ohana, crystal palace, via napoli. It was great as he often slept. This was October 2013- it that matters.

We have had strollers with sleeping kids in Via Napoli. Kona, Sanaa, Nine Dragons, and O'hana. We've never had a problem bringing a stroller into any QS location.

Wow! This is snarky and also incorrect.

From a Disney owned site:

"if you have a child sleeping in a stroller or a baby too small to sit in a high chair, the stroller will often be allowed into the restaurant. I have seen this done several times with personal strollers, but have never seen one of the large Disney strollers inside a restaurant."

We were at Disney when my daughter was 3 months and too small for a highchair. In general, all the resort restaurants we ate at were very accommodating and allowed us to have our stroller. We had our snap and go with us, so for restaurants in the park we just brought the bucket seat in. All the restaurants were good about finding a booth or large enough chair for the bucket. Also chef mickeys and tusker house had the infant high chairs.

We brought our stroller into narcoosss at GF with no problem when our daughter was sleeping in her stroller. They just pulled a chair away and we put to her up to the table in her stroller. It was great! She slept for about half of the dinner. I think most places would be accommodating. I think almost all of the CS would be no problem.

I know this is not what OP asked about but will add that if you are allowed to bring stroller in be aware of people who have to use either wheelchair or ECV that your stroller maybe bumped as they have to make it though small areas. happened to me and mother was very upset and this was after she refused to move stroller that CM asked her to move. complained because we were allowed in a different door and not made to carry ECV up the steps like they had to do with their stroller. of course baby woke up which did not help. just wanted to give aheads up not saying not to bring stroller in

We have been to several TS restaurants including signatures that let us bring in our stroller...but ONLY if the baby was asleep. They sat us at a table for 4 and pulled out a chair. They never hesitated and were super accommodating. Off the top of my head, Cali Grill, Narcoossee, and Le Cellier!

I do know that Biergarten will not allow you to bring your stroller in because you have to go up and down stairs for most of the tables, plus the community-style eating makes maneuvering difficult with non-family diners at your table. For my mom's wheelchair, we had to wait for a table on the top level to become available, but still needed to maneuver around our tablemates.

OP, thanks for asking this question! When your LO is sleeping, or too small for a high chair, it's really nice to be able to wheel them in and let them rest comfortably in their stroller. Some may complain about the strollers in theory, but in reality no one wants to sit next to the table with the very tired crying baby who has just been forced awake. And, regardless of how flexible you try to be with the LOs, since Disney won't let you change your dining reservation time at the last minute without a penalty, you can only be as flexible as Disney will allow.

One QS where it may be a problem is Sunshine Seasons and one TS may be Garden Grill in the Land. I don't think they allow strollers in the building. Just something to look into.

We went when DS was 10 weeks, nine nights on DDP so 9 TS. Took the stroller in every TS, no problems. I remember Coral Reef, Tutto Italia- which is tight, Ohana, 50's PT, Akerhus and Tusker House. Can't remember the rest but not one CM even suggested not bringing stroller for one that little. Was a great trip!

Our daughter slept in her stroller at Ohana and Sci Fi in the crowds of summer. We didn't fe l as though it was a hassle or that we were in anyone's way at all.
