Yes and Yes.

Trails End Buffet. All you can eat country cooking.

Crockets Tavern Normal drink selection as well as pizza/snacks

Both are excellent

There's also a couple of nice restaurants in the Wilderness Lodge just a short bike ride away.

Roaring Forks at WL is great for a quick lunch, or if you really need a chili fix from Trail's End but don't really feel like doing the buffet thing. ::MickeyMo

We have never done Trails End but I guess I would like it if they have the same chili that Roaring Forks has. RF is a must for lunch on our first day at FW. Just hop on the bikes and ride on over. I am disappointed that they stopped putting out the HOT pepper slices. A little lettuce, tomato, onoin, pickles and the crackers and that chili is a complete meal. And to think it is only a little over a week to go and I will be having some. Ohhhh it's soooo good.:hyper:

WE stay at WL, not FW, and we have to make a few trips over to FW just to eat at the Trails end buffet. It is great and compaired to other WDW resturants, a real bargan.

We may be driving down to FW in August, and I never thought about WL being right next door. :Pinkbounc

DH and I have eaten at Artist Point before (two thumbs up), but what other (kid-friendly) restaurants to they have??

Whispering Canyon Cafe.....just off to the left when you enter through the Main Entrance at WL.

It's a good hearty meal..i have taken the kids and grandkids there...we had a ball.

As previously mentioned...the Roaring Forks...my DMIL swears they have the best chicken strips....

Enjoy!

we love getting a pizza and a cold beer at crockets tavern, and the buffet is good.
