Restaurants not under DPP

This will be our first time to WDW and we're looking at the DPP. Is there a lot of restaurants at WDW not under the Plan that you wish were?

There are a lot of restaurants that take DDP that I wish wouldn't take it.

Rainforest Cafe! I love that place, but its not on the DDP.

There are only a couple within the WDW that don't take it. Victoria & Alberts at GF, and Bistro de Paris at Epcot.
