Restaurants NOT on DDP?

We are going in a couple of weeks and aren't on the DDP. We're planning on going to Bongo's and possibly Rainforest Cafe' which are not on the plan, but what else is not on there?

Raglan Road was on the DDP in August. We ate there and thought it was excellent. Especially the scallop appitizer with lime dipping sauce. My DD11 ate most of them on us though.
