Restaurants not included in dining plan?

Which TS restaurants do you love that aren't included in the dining plan? A previous poster had mentioned that some of their favorite restaurants aren't included and I was curious what those were. I thought most places were included, but haven't looked in detail. Thanks!

Also, the restaurants at the Swan & Dolphin don't take the DDP, since they aren't owned by Disney.

My absolute favorites are V&A and bluezoo. We are adults only and prefer fine dining. None of the dining plan restiarants offer that anymore.
