I am going to DLR next month and I wondered what recommendations you have for restaurants near Disneyland, Some that are good and inexpensive and others that are just good.
Also, is there a Starbucks near to PPH? Or something similar for DH who might go through withdrawls!

We always try to go to the Red Robin on Harbor. There is a Starbucks on Euclid Street.

And I have to add that I am very jealous that you live on Galiano. I LOVE that island!

I had a horrible experience at Red Robin on Harbor. Worst service I have ever received.

MiMi's Cafe and Millie's near the HoJo both get many thumbs up from Disboarders.

Another vote for Mimi's! We love it there. They serve good sized portions and the food and prices are great!:)

We always go to Mimis cafe either the morning before we leave for breakfast or for dinner on the last day

I also have to add my vote for Mimi's and Millie's. They're conveniently located within walking distance to the park and their prices are quite reasonable.

We love Mimi's. Check out their menu on their website. On our most recent trip in July, we also went to the Bubba Gump's and the Cheesecake Factory at the new Anaheim Garden Walk on Katella.

Marri's Pizza on Katella. It is not so touristy and corporate like the places on Harbor and they have good Italian food at fair prices. They also have some great old pics of Disneyland and Angels Stadium in the lobby. Check it out, very close to DLR (at south end of DLR property at Katella and Walnut) and they have been there for decades. Family owned and operated and there is only one of them, not some massive chain deal.

I'll add to Mimi's definitely. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are always great. Also, there's the newish center on Katella called Garden Walk. They have lots of places to choose from(bubba gump's, pf chang's, cheesecake factory, Johnny Rockets). We've had take-out from Red Robin, so I can't add to the comment about their service, but their burgers are delish.

Thanks I love it here! You've been! Where?
Are you from/near Whidbey island? My brother used to sail out of there.

I loved Bubba Gumps when we went in San Francisco! Cheesecake sounds so good!

We had dinner a Mimi's 3 night of our 6 nights at Disneyland in September, we stumbled out of DL at closing time & staggered into Mimi's, great food, great portions, great variety & great price.

My Mom and Step Dad love Whidbey, they go every year for vacation. :)

Restaurants we love are
Mimi's
Millie's
Joe's Crab Shack
Bubba Gump
Rainforest Cafe
Jazz Kitchen

We also stop by the McD's occasionally and next time we want to try a couple other places in DTD and at the Garden Walk. Like the Cheesecake Factory...OMG, I wanted to go there so bad but we didn't make it. It was DD12's b-day trip so she picked Bubba Gump instead. :)

DoomBugger (there must be an explanation behind your name) I tried the link but it only showed me one page - no menu's?:confused3

Now that Gardenwalk is open on Katella, you will have a lot more choices. Bubba Gump, McCormick and Schmick, and there is coffee for sale in the snack bar in PP.

We were on Galiano in 1994, when we took a group of summer camp kids on a two week bike trip through the islands. A much-loved professor of mine from graduate school lives on Salt Spring. I really enjoyed that island too.

We have a summer place on Whidbey. I do wish we lived there year round. Maybe when the kids are grown.
