Do you know if there's a restaurant in World Showcase that provides great view of IllumiNations ?

If you get a seat on the patio. I highly recommend the Rose and Crown Pub at England. However, the patio is a request you place when you get there so you MAY either end up waiting a long time or may not get it at all.

I've heard about lagoon side tables at Rose & Crown pub. Do you know if I am able to request one when making a Priority Seating ?

no, i think the patio seating is on a request at restaurant only basis
