Restaurants in walking distance of CP?

We will be at Cypress Pointe for two weeks in June. I was wondering what restaurants are within walking distance. (We will have a car, but I was just wondering what we could walk to.)

Also, will we be able to walk to Downtown Disney?

There is a shopping center across the street with a Steak n Shake, Giordono's, and a couple of others I can't remember. You could walk, but we never even thought of it. We are tired of walking after spending time at the parks. DTD is too far away to walk, plus it is along a very busy road. Just use your car and save your energy for the parks!

Also near by are Pizza Hut, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, Olive Garden, Joe's Crab Shack, Chili's, Chevy's, Pizzeria Uno and McDonald's. The last three are in the Crossroads Plaza (a bit farther down the road). I agree with Dawgsgirl that I wouldn't walk due to the busy road except to the plaza with Steak n Shake and maybe up to as far as Dunkin Donuts. There is a bagel place in the SnS plaza but I wouldn't recommend it. Good luck and happy eating!

I really wouldn't walk either as the other's have said. The roads are very busy around there and I don't even recall seeing a sidewalk. That being said, if you want to cross the busy road, there's also a Macaroni Grill, Chili's, and one other that I can't remember.

Theres also a Tony Romas in one of the mall areas beside CP. The rest I think have been mentioned

Orlando Ale House is close as well, and their zinger chicken is awesome.

if you can get to crossroads - then yes you can walk to DD - but it is a long, long walk - there is a nice paved sidewalk....
