Restaurants in DTD

I printed a list that had restaurants that where included in the table service options for the dining plan but I see portabellas and some of the other DTD restaurants aren't on there. Anyone know where an officail list by disney can be found?

Go To Disneyworld com Type In Search Box On Top Right Magic Your Way Dining Click On The Number Two Result Magic Your Way Dining Package In The Center Of The Description Of The Dining Package You Will See The Words Selected Restaurants Underlined Click On That And It Will Give You A List You Can Print Out

this is the list I had so I'm disappointed to find that many of the DTD restuaraunts are not included. Has anyone else found this? I know that rain forest never was but there are many others or there were 2 years ago. What about portabellas and wolfe gang dining not express?
