Restaurants in Charleston and Beaufort

We are headed to HHI in a little over a month. We have decided to drive through Charleston and Beaufort. Can anyone recommend some good restaurants in these two cities? We will eat mostly seafood in HHI so preferably looking for Low Country cuisine. But seafood isn’t completely out since I could live off of it! Thanks in advance!

There are SO many great restaurants in Charleston, I would suggest you just search "nearby" on Tripadvisor when you are hungry to see what is open, looks good, etc.

We ate at a diner from Diner's Drive-ins and Dives just south of Charleston along the road to HHI. IT WAS YUMMY.

My best friend lives 30 minutes from Charleston. Recommends Hyman’s, it’s a seafood restaurant.
