Restaurants for Viewing Illuminations

Does anyone know which restaurants besides Rose and Crown and Tokyo Dining have a window/terrace with a reasonably good view of Illuminations?

Rose & Crown is the only one with a good view and outdoor seating. That will change when Mexico opens their new restaurant.

You can get somewhat of a view from Chefs de France, Bistro de Paris or Tokyo Dining but you'd have to have a window seat, and you can't be guaranteed one.

Any idea when the new Mexican restaurant will open and when ADRs will be available?

No, there has been no official opening date announced. The estimates that have been published are sometime in September.
